PS: 一个人要做的Communication plan to stakeholders, 两个关键词，communication plan, 不懂；stakeholder,不清。。。       自学成才的500，无语了。 ————————- Stakeholder：中美之间最敏感最核心的翻译问题 天下观察 翟 华 天下博客 http://sais2005.bokee.com 在国际金融组织工作，几乎每天都要使用stakeholder这个词。比如投资建一个电厂，贷款方是stakeholder，借款方是stakeholder，担保方是stakeholder，业主是stakeholder，项目执行单位是stakeholder，受项目影响的拆迁户是stakeholder，还有各种名目的非政府环保组织、援助民权益保护组织等等都是stakeholder。因为天天使用这个词，其含义便心照不宣，没有刻意想过中文应该怎么翻译。其实其他非英语国家的人，比如日本人、法国人也不知道如何简洁准确地用本国语言翻译stakeholder这个词。 但是中国现在面临一个日本、法国都没有遇到的一个问题。2005年9月21日，美国副国务卿佐利克在纽约美中关系全国委员会发表了一篇题为《中国何处去：从成员到责任》（Whither China: From Membership to Responsibility? ）（http://www.ncuscr.org/articlesandspeeches/Zoellick.htm）的政策演说，代表着美国官方就中美关系发表的正式讲话。讲话中最具新意的一句话就是：We need to urge China to become a responsible stakeholder in the international system（我们应该要求中成为一个负责任的stakeholder）。佐利克讲话时先后7次提到这个词，该词在文稿中首次出现时，还特意以将responsible stakeholder英文斜体字的方式以示强调。现在摆在中国人面前的问题是：要弄清美国人要让中国做怎样一个“负责任的stakeholder”，那就先要准确地翻译什么是stakeholder。 Stakeholder这一概念，在中国并不常用。如果查一查外语教学与研究出版社的2002年版的《牛津袖珍英汉双解词典》，stakeholder的意思是“赌金保管人”，这其实就是stakeholder原始的意思。法语中对应stakeholder的词dépositaire也是类似“保管人”的意思。如果查一下日语网上词典（Japanese-English … 繼續閱讀 →
